Chocolate cake in Pressure cooker (without oven)
Steps

Take a bowl, put flour salt and baking soda and whisk together.

In another bowl, whisk butter until creamy texture. Add sugar. Whisk until well cooperated.

Add egg. Beat again, until mixture becomes fluffy with pointed peaks.

Now add water and cocoa powder and mix.

Add vinegar/lemon juice and vanilla extract and mix again.

Add milk and mix gently.

Now add flour mixture and fold it gently with the help of spatula.

Now prepare your baking pan by greasing it with the help of butter and pour the prepared batter in it.

Preheat the pressure cooker and place some stones or any tray which has some height from the base of pressure cooker. No water needed.

Put the batter pan carefully in the cooker, and keep the flame on low.

Cook for about 40-45 minutes.

When it's ready take it out and keep it aside for 10 minutes until it's cool down.

After the cake is cool down,.. pour melted chocolate ganache and decorate it as you like. With the help of wafer rolls and sprinkles.
