Mix flour, baking powder and pinch of salt together, then add the natural yoghurt

Mix together until a solid ball then dust your side with flour and knead your mixture

Leave to stand for 30 minutes

Then cut the mixture into equal sections, dust your side with flour and roll out each section with a rolling pin until flat, roughly 3-4 mm in depth

Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, when oil is hot add the breads and cook on both sides until cooked (roughly 4-5 minutes)

Optional - if you wish to add herbs to your bread then add this to the mixture after it has rested for 30 minutes and mix it before sectioning and rolling out
