  • 8-10small sizes baingan
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • to tasteSalt

    Baingan cut into 4 pieces

    Add all spices and fill up in the baingan

    Take pan and put in the oil

    All baingan fry in the pan

    Ready to serve hot
