Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbbeef brisket
  • 1/4 lbbaby corn
  • as neededGreen beans,
  • 1 podstinky beans (petai)
  • 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Mushroom bouillon
  • Soy sauce
  • Cooking oil
  • Sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonsesame oil
  • Chopped Seasonings:
  • 4shallots
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 2bird's eye chilies
  • 1/2large tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the seasonings, then sauté until fragrant. Add the stinky beans. Add the beef brisket that has been cleaned and boiled until tender.

  2. 2

    Add the sliced baby corn and green beans, then stir. Add the oyster sauce, sugar, salt, mushroom bouillon, and sesame oil.

  3. 3

    Cook until fragrant and done. Add water as desired and adjust the seasoning. This delicious dish is ready to serve. It's simple but can make you finish a whole pot of rice 😁
