In a large bowl. Take 1 cup Rice Flour, Idly Rava Powder 1/2 cup, Onion 1 finely chopped, Tomato 1 finely chopped, Ginger 1" finely chopped, black pepper 1/2 tsp, Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp and Salt. Add sufficient water to make a batter. Mix.

Heat non-stick kadai. Add little oil. Add cumin seeds. Put the batter in a kadhai. Mix continuously so the batter will not stick to the bottom of the kadhai. Cook till it is gravy. Once it is done. Cool it and keep aside. Knead a dough. From the dough make small balls or flat size just like cutlet shape. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. When the oil is hot. Place the cutlet in the pan. Shallow fry till both the sides are evenly brown. Similarly prepare more cutlets. Once it is done.

Transfer to a serving plate. Ready to serve hot Cutlets with tomato sauce or green chutney

In this mixture, you can use coriander leaves and red chilli powder.
