Dhokla disk with salsa topping
Steps

Prepare dhokla batter, take gram flour add red chilli powder, turmeric and salt and make batter by adding water. Leave batter for 30 minutes.

Add baking powder and baking soda and steam for 15 minutes.

Chop veggies and prepare salsa.
- 4
Take in bowl add salt, black pepper powder, oregano, sauce, soya sauce and mix it.

Once your dhokla is ready cut in circle shape and put toppings.
