Steps

Make a chocolate sponge then cut into heart shape.

Make truffle 500ml cream +250 dark chocolate+ 50g butter.

Then apply on layers of sponge.

Then do coating with the help of truffle and freeze it for 15 mins.

Then melt the truffle and cool it for room temperature then add few drops of water into it for shine.

Put over it on cake and freeze it for 15 mins then make flower with help of fondant and put over it.
