Ingredients

  • 250 gmmethi
  • 2 bowlwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupgram flour
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 2green chilli
  • 1/2 tspginger
  • 1/2 tspoil for dough

Steps

  1. 1

    First we wash and cut the methi.

  2. 2

    Then we fry it.

  3. 3

    Take 5minutes rest then we add wheat flour and all spices and gram flour and make a soft dough.

  4. 4

    Make a peda,roll it thin and spread oil on it.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve methi parantha.
