Firstly boiled the Raajma in water with salt. Cook onions in oil and add cumin seeds till turns pink in colour and soften.

Add all spices (red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder) and tomatoes in it. Mix it and add ginger and garlic paste. Cook it to make gravy.

Then post boiled Raajma with water. Cook it to bring boil, then cover it on medium low flame.

When the water in Raajma mix and thickens the gravy. Add green chillies and coriander fresh leaves. Cook on high flame when oil oozes out. Your yumilicious Raajma is ready to serve. Serve it with boiled or tardka rice and also with Chapati. Garnish with lemon wedges.
