Steps

Firstly in a large bowl squeeze off juice from grated beetroot add boiled potatoes, peas, capsicum, grated carrots and all spices.

Add bread crumbs combine well making sure all the spices are mixed well and dough is formed.

Further, prepare the kabab from beetroot dough dip in corn flour batter then roll bread crumbs

Now deep fry in hot oil on medium heat till it turns golden and crisp.

Now kabab is ready to serve with green chutney, sweet chutney salad and French fries.
