After all, it is Cheeseburger Skilett. It might not be fancy but it's easy, satisfying and seriously a hit!

Cheeseburger Macaroni Skillet

Ingredients

45 minutes
  1. 1 lblean ground beef
  2. 2-4garlic cloves minced
  3. 1medium yellow or white onion
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 4 cupsbeef broth or chicken broth (I use beef soup base)
  6. 16 ozelbow macaroni
  7. 1 cupmilk
  8. 4 ozcream cheese
  9. 1-2 cupsshredded Colby Jack cheese and or mozzarella cheese
  10. 1/8 tspworcestershire sauce
  11. 1 1/2 tspyellow mustard
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    In a large skillet, season the beef with the garlic, onion and salt, then brown the ground beef.

    Once the beef is cooked, drain the excess grease.

  3. 3

    Add in the beef broth. Add in the macaroni and stir. Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.

    Add in the milk and stir. Add in the cheese, cream cheese and yellow mustard and stir until melted. Dash it with worcestershire sauce.
