8 ozJohn Morrell Cubed Ham (or Diced if preferred)
10(or so) Ritz Crackers
8 ozShredded Cheddar Cheese (any preferred: Mild/Medium/Sharp)

Follow box instructions for the Scalloped Potatoes

Mix in ham cubes

Put crackers in a sandwich baggie and crunch up to desired consistency, just don't make powdery. Then evenly pour the crunched up crackers over the potatoes.

Evenly spread the shredded cheddar cheese over top of the crackers.
