Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 litremilk
  • 3 tbsSugar
  • 50 gmsCashewnuts ccopped
  • 50 gmsChironji chopped
  • 5 gmsAlmond chopped
  • 2Cardamoms crushed
  • 1 pinch Kesar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in a thick vessel.

  2. 2

    Reduce up to 250 grams.

  3. 3

    Add dry fruits, cardamom and sugar, mix it well, cook for 5 mins, lastly add saffron(Kesar).

  4. 4

    Cool for 10 mins and keep it in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.

  5. 5

    Serve chilled.
