Ingredients

4 person
  1. 1big bowl puff rice
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 2carrot grated
  4. 1capsicum chopped
  5. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  6. 1lemon juice
  7. 5-6green chilli slitted
  8. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  9. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  11. 1 tbspoil
  12. 4-5curry leaves
  13. 1 tbspchopped green coriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take puffed rice in strainer and pour water in it so that it becomes soft and clean

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok and add mustard seeds as it splutter add curry leaves,green chilli and stir

  3. 3

    Add red chilli powder and chopped onion

  4. 4

    As onion becomes translucent add green peas,carrot and capsicum and cook it

  5. 5

    Than add puff rice and give quick stir

  6. 6

    Add lemon juice,garam masala and chopped coriander and mix it

  7. 7

    Serve hot
