  1. 1 cupboiled Rice
  2. 1 cupSuji
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. As requiredSalt
  5. Pinchbaking soda
  6. 2 spoonsgrated carrot
  7. 2 spoonschopped capsicum
  8. ForTadka:
  9. 1 spoonoil
  10. 1/2 spoonmustard seeds
  11. 1/2 spooncumin seeds
  12. Pinchhing
  13. 6-7curry leaves
  14. As requiredRed chilli
  15. ForChutney:
  16. 1/2 cuproasted peanuts
  17. 4 spoonsroasted chana
  18. 1 spoonroasted til
  19. 2 spoonsmurmura
  20. 2 spoonscurd
  21. 1green chilli
  22. Few Coriander leaves
  23. FewMint leaves curry leaves
  24. As requiredSalt

Cooking Instructions

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a mixture jar add boiled rice, suji, salt and curd, grind it, mix some water and pour out of the bowl and mix carrot and capsicum

  2. 2

    Then grease the idli mould and pour the batter and steam it

  3. 3

    Take a pan, heat some oil and add mustard seed, cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves,red chilli and mix idlies and serve with peanut chutney

  4. 4

    For chutney take a mixture jar and add all the ingredients and grind it and serve it with rice idli.
