Add salt, sugar, curd in maida and mix

Add oil and curd and mix it nicely

Add lukewarm water and knead a soft dough

Keep it cover for 45 minutes in warm place

Heat one spoon oil in a wok and add tomato puree and cook till oil separate

Mix masala packet in milk add this in tomato paste

Cook it and add water and chopped paneer and cook cover for few min

Heat tava

Take out dough and knead it again pinch a lemon size ball from dough and roll it

Apply water on one side and put roti on the griddle put it from water side

Invert the tava and cook till brown spot appears

Take it out and apply butter on it

Garnish paneer tikka with butter and coriander

For papad grease tava with oil and roast papad on it by applying some pressure as it roasted roll it quickly

Tawa butter naan,paneer tikka and papad is ready to serve
