Take a bowl add urad dal moong dal chana dal wash and sock over night and next day take mixer jar add dals salt green chilli ginger garlic cumin seeds onion grind and make a fine paste and keep aside for 2 hour take a karahi add oil and fry vadas drain out and add water and keep 3-4 minutes, press varas with hands to squeeze out extra water

Take a pan add cumin seeds coriander seeds red dry chilli and dry rost and grind well powder and mix salt red chilli powder chat masala mix well and keep aside take a pan add some water and add tamarind and jaggery and cook well and drain well water and make a fine chattny keep aside

Take a bowl add varas and spread curd and tamarind chattny - Adjust spices and serve garnish some chicpice enjoy with your family take care eat well see you again with next recipe bye some varas I keep in this zip lock bag and keep in freezer next time enjoy
