Peel and wash the bitter gourd. Slit the kerala's and discard the seeds.Boil the kerala's with turmeric powder and salt. So the bitterness will goes off.Once it is done. Switch of the flame and transfer to a bowl. Keep aside.

Cool it. For stuffing. In a bowl add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder, tamarind pulp, garam masala and salt. Mix....it. Stuffing is ready. With this ma salad mixture stuffed each bitter gourd. keep aside. Heat non stick pan. Shallow fry the kerala's till it become light brown in colour. Once it is done.

Transfer to a beautiful plate. Garnish with coriander leaves. Ready to serve with hot..... Chapati
