250 gmArbi / Colocasia boiled and peeled, chopped
to tasteSendha namak
3 tbspOil
1 tspjeera
1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Steps

First boil arbi in a cooker for 1 whistle,then peeled and chooped in round shape.

Heat oil /ghee in a pan,add jeera,add the arbi,salt and pepper powder and cook till golden brown. Keep tossing. It will take around 15 to 20 mins.
