Wash and soak sabudana in little amount of water for at least 3-4 hrs

In a pan put some oil add cumin seeds green chilli and fry potatoes cut into small pieces

I use to add salt and lemon juice in my soaked sabudana before putting it in pan lemon juice will help avoid sticking of sabudana. Add this sabudana into pan and also add some roasted peanut to it and it's ready to serve garnish with some coriander leaves
