Ingredients

  • 50 gground Chia seeds
  • 50 gground flax seeds
  • 50 galmond flour
  • 50 gCornflour
  • 50 gOats flour
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ground flours in equal portions.

  2. 2

    In a pan boil water and add the mix flour in small portions untill it is well moulded.

  3. 3

    Let it cook slowly with low heat and keep on turning the ugali to cook well

  4. 4

    When ready serve with eggs curry and enjoy the healthy breakfast.
