1 tbspchilli flakes
2 tbspsoya sauce
1 pinchoregano
4garlic cloves
4potstoes boiled mashed
2tbdp butter
2 tbspcream
1 tspsalt
1cuo carrot
1 cupbeans
1 cupsweet corns

Marinate chicken fillet 1hour prior

Add cream butter in boiled potatoes

Boil vegetables in water fr 5 minutes
4

Assemble steak vegetables and mashed potatoes

Serve hot
