Ingredients

  • 6chicken fillets
  • 1 tbspchilli flakes
  • 2 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 pinchoregano
  • 4garlic cloves
  • 4potstoes boiled mashed
  • 2tbdp butter
  • 2 tbspcream
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1cuo carrot
  • 1 cupbeans
  • 1 cupsweet corns

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken fillet 1hour prior

  2. 2

    Add cream butter in boiled potatoes

  3. 3

    Boil vegetables in water fr 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Assemble steak vegetables and mashed potatoes

  5. 5

    Serve hot
