Amritsari Pindi Chole with Bhature Amritsari Pindi Chole with Bhature
Amritsari Pindi Chole is a delicious and flavorful dish that's also easy to make. The chickpeas are cooked thoroughly, making this one of Punjab's most popular and famous dishes. Typically, Pindi Chole has a dark color, but I've made a slight change to the color in this version—though the taste is just as bold. You can serve Pindi Chole with naan, lachha paratha, kulcha, bhature, missi roti, or tandoori roti. Let's see how to make it! Sudha AgrawalTranslated from Cookpad India
