Ingredients

15 muffins
  1. 2mashed bananas
  2. 1/2 cupgreek yogurt (I used fage 0% fat)
  3. 2eggs
  4. 3 tbspmilk (Vita Coconut)
  5. 3 tbspagave nectar
  6. 1 tbsperythritol
  7. 3 tspbaking powder
  8. 2 tspvanilla extract
  9. 1 tbspcinnamon
  10. 1 cupcraisins
  11. 1/2 cupchopped almonds
  12. 1/4 cupgranola for topping
  13. 2 tbspflaxseeds
  14. 4 tbspcoconut oil to grease pans

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

    Easier to combine dry ingredients then mix into wet.

  3. 3

    Distribute batter to muffin tray and bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes. Leave in closed-off oven for 10 minutes, then take them out.

    Let muffins cool and enjoy!

    You can freeze these muffins to thaw and reheat for an easy and healthy breakfast!
