Ingredients

  • 300 gMopane Worms
  • 1Chopped medium onion
  • 2 Tbscooking oil
  • 2Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 1 CubeBeef Knorrox
  • 1 tspPaprika
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the Mopane worms in a pot till they are soft.

  2. 2

    Rinse them. Then add another cup of boiling water. Add cooking oil.

  3. 3

    When it begins to fry, add onions, tomatoes, a cube of knorrox, paprika and salt.

  4. 4

    Let it simmer until the mixture thickens.

  5. 5

    Serve.
