Ingredients

  • 500 gramsTuriya
  • 250 gramsBesan
  • 3Alvipan (Alvi leaves)
  • 2 tspAdarak lahsun and hari mirch
  • 3 tbspOil
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1 tspsugar
  • pinchHaldi
  • pinchBaking soda
  • 1 tspLal mirch powder
  • 1 tspDhaniya powder
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • pinchHing
  • as requiredFresh Coriander for garnishing

Steps

    Take turaiya or turai cut and wash cut in pieces keep aside now for patra take a bowl add besan make dough with ginger garlic and chilli paste, salt haldi baking soda, Lemon juice, sugar garam masala now clean and wash alvi leaves spread besan ghol on light green part of the leaves filled it tightly and roll it

    See dark green part of leaves on upper side

    Put oil in pan add mustard seeds, hing and chopped lahsun add turai stir it add salt haldi Lal Mirchi powder again stir and add Water 1st boil add patra cover lid for 5 to 7 mins check it now add dhaniya powder and some red chilli powder stir it and ready to serve garnish with fresh Coriander.
