500 gbeef
Pilau masala and spices
Crushed Ginger
2large onions
Crushed garlic

Boil meat till tender then fry in oil till crispy

Add chopped onions, crushed ginger and garlic. Then add the spices.

Add rice and mix well. Then add cold water and bring to boil on low heat till rice is well cooked
