Steps

Heat oil and butter in kadhai add onions saute till light golden in colour add garlic and ginger paste saute for two minutes add tomatoes puree mix it and cook till oil separate from sides

Add dry spices mix it add milk to adjust consistency make sure not runny, require semi thick add capsicum cook it for few minutes add tomato diced and Paneer mix properly add cream cover it and cook till spices coat Paneer well

Serve with tandoori roti naan paratha
