Steps

Wash chicken legs, put all spices in a bowl and mix it well...

Marinate the chicken legs with mixed spices thn rst it for 2 to 3 hours or ovr the night...

After merination take a wok fill hlf of water and boil it then put a lid jo mid main sy jali wali ho, put 2 legs and cover with any deep lid. Can keep some hevy pot on it for pressure....

Steam chikn ready for fry...Lft for 10 mnts to cool it...

Add oil in wok, hot it and Fry legs until goled brown.

Serve in dish garnish with slad and enjoy😋 it with salad 🥗 raita or ketchup, cold drink... 🍻
