Pound the boneless cubes of chicken. Mix all marination ingredients and add chicken to it. Mix well. Cover & keep for 1 hr.

Take oil in a pan. Add only chicken pieces in pan. Fry on high heat. When chicken changes it's colour. Reduce the heat and add the marinade in pan. Cover and let chicken cook till tender.

Cut the Bellpepper & Pineapple in cubes. Add them to the same pan in which chicken was fried. Stir fry on medium to high flame for 2 minutes then keep aside.

To make gravy, Take chicken stock in a pot. Add all ingredients except cornflour in stock. Give a boil then lowers heat. Add cooked chicken pieces and marinade if any present to gravy. Cook for 5 min to mix well on low heat. Add bellpepper& pineapple. Mix cornflour in water & add in gravy. Cook till thickens. Adjust consistency to required texture. Garnish with chop spring onions. Serve hot vd rice. Enjoy
