Ingredients

  • 1Whole chicken
  • 4 tbspGarlic juice
  • 4 tbspRed chilli flakes
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash chicken and apply cut mark.

  2. 2

    Marinate with salt garlic juice and chilli flakes.marinate for atleast 2hr

    Fry in oil from both side till completely cook on medium heat
