  • 1/2 kgmatumbo
  • 4onions
  • 4tomatoes
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the meat into sizable pieces then wash them

  2. 2

    Put the matumbo in the sufuria and put it to the jiko to cook for about 3 minutes until it's ready

  3. 3

    Then deep fry in the cooking oil

  4. 4

    Serve it with kachumbari and ugali and enjoy the meal
