Ingredients

12 cupcakes

1 cuppowdered soy bean
1 cupplain flour
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 cupsugar (or to taste)
2eggs
1/4 cupvegetable oil or melted butter
1/2 cupmilk

Steps

Mix the sugar and eggs until fluffy

Add the veg oil and milk and mix
3

Add the dry ingredients and mix until properly incorporated
4

Divide half-way through into 12 cupcakes tins and bake for 15 mins or until it passes the tooth pick test.
