Chana dal ka paratha

Wash and soak chana dal for the whole night.

Take one whistle in cooker.

Heat oil in wok and crackle cumin seeds.

Add ginger-garlic paste and all spices.

Add boiled dal and cook for 5 minutes.

Mix wheat flour, gram flour, salt, oil and knead dough.

Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Now take one ball from dough and stuff chana dal mixture.

Cook it on hot tawa from both sides by applying ghee.
- 10
Serve hot with butter, achar.
