Chinese fried Rice

In a Wok, heat up oil and cook onions till soft, add garlic chopped in it and mix. Add boiled chicken pieces in it, add salt, black pepper and cumin seed powder cook well.

Then add vegetables in the chicken and add Chinese salt in it, add soya sauce and vinegar. Cook till the vegetables tender.

At last add boiled rice in it and stir fry on high flame. After a minute add yellow colour and cover it for dum for 5 minutes.

Chinese fried rice is ready to serve. Yummy,, tasty and healthy.
