Today's receipe is a very special Tutti frutti cake. You can make it by yourself without using an oven too. Lets now get started with the steps.

Take the necessary ingredients for baking. Initially beat the yellow part of egg in a bowl.

Now add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar to it and beat them again for 5 minutes. Now keep it aside.

Using the mixie or a blender, beat the white part of egg until bubbles are formed. In another vessel add maida, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla essence, cooking oil, milk, remaining sugar and mix them well until no lumps are formed. Now add the white part of egg little by little. The mixture is now ready for baking.

Transfer the mixture to another vessel for baking. Tap them twice so that no bubbles are formed.

In a pressure cooker add salt in the bottom, preheat it for ten minutes in medium flame.Now place a stand inside the cooker. Remove the casket and whistle from the cooker.

Then place the vessel on the top of the stand. Close the cooker. Heat the cake in low flame. After 45 minutes the cake will get fully baked. Check it with a toothpick.

Transfer the cake to a plate.

I had taken whipped cream mixed it with strawberry flavor and apply on all sides of cakes. Pour some chocosyrup randomly on the cake and decorate it with tutti frutti. Spongy Tutti Frutti cake is ready to serve.
