Steps

Cook your chicken/ beefs with spices n onions

Use the stock and cook ur basmati rice adding seasoning and salt if necessary

Dice your vegetables n cook the carrots, green beans and peas
- 4
In a pan, add little oil and onions untill translucent
- 5
Add your cooked vegetables and your rice n stir
- 6
When everything is mixed, add in your bell peppers stir and add in ur sweet corn and stir..serve with coleslaw, fried chicken, fried plantain and anything else u wish!
