Sindhi Beha (Lotus root)

Wash and cut lotus root into pieces. Then boil them (15 minutes in pressure cooker)

Put oil in a pan then add tomatoes into it. Fry them for 3 minutes then add salt red chilli and g&g paste to it and make a paste out of that. Keep it on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes

Then add boiled lotus root into that paste and mix it and add imli water to that and it should still be on low flame and keep it for 5 minutes then add coriander to it and enjoy the food.
