This is a quick and easy recipe which can be prepared without onion and garlic. This can be served in any festivals.
Steps

Wash and cut the lady's finger or okra into small sizes.

In a pan put oil and roast the cashew nuts and raisins till they become golden brown in colour and keep them aside.

Then in the same oil fry the okra for sometime and again keep them aside.

In the same pan remaining oil and then put punch phoran and red chilli in it.

When the mustard from the punch phoran crackle then add the chopped green chilli and fried okras in it.

Mix it well and add grated coconut, fried cashew nuts and raisins and rest of the ingredients in it. Mix it well and again cook it for 5 minutes.

Now your Niramish kaju bhindi is ready. Serve hot by garnishing some chopped coriander leaves with chapatti.
