Wash and cut ur chicken into piece and add in to a pot add ur parbole it small wit some spices and set aside

Blend ur tomatoes and Scotch bonnet add lil oil and add some spices and mix with d chicken make it a little bit watery like dis

Bring out if baking tray and arrange it chicken and add the watery sauce in d tray wit some oil link dis

Put it into the oven and bake at 220 degrees both side or until how crispy u want it and serve hot using the sauce following. It's delicious give it a try
