Ingredients

  • 100 gm wheat flour
  • 50 gm suji
  • to tasteSalt acording
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 1 pinchred chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoongaram masala
  • As neededOil
  • as neededWater
  • 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  • 1 pinchfood colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl. Put into wheat flour and suji. Add slowly water and make a thicker liquid. (Mix it properly don't show lumps)

  2. 2

    After that put into salt, garam masala, red chilli powder and mix well. After that put into ginger garlic paste and again mix well. After that mix into onion tomato and green chilli and food colour.

    When the mixture is ready. take a pan. Put into oil and

    Cover this pan with oil(greecing the pan with oil) and when the oil pan is heated put into mixture and spread it thicker and cover this pan with a lid. And heat it for 3-5 in sim flame.

    When it's change it's own colour change it other side and same process heat it.When both side it's change it's own colour u will serve it with sauce...it's healthy yummy evening tea snacks...And also veg omlatte...
