Ingredients

6 servings
  • for dough
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbspyeast
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspmilk piwder
  • warm water as required
  • for filling
  • 200 gmmince
  • 1tomato puree
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1 tspgarlic crushed
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead dough wuth warm water and water and cover for 1 hour atleast

  2. 2

    Heat oil add garlic fry till golden

  3. 3

    Add mince tomato puree and and spices

  4. 4

    Cover and coik fr 20 minutes till all water dries

  5. 5

    Now roll flat the dough in oval shape

  6. 6

    Add filling of mince

  7. 7

    Sprinkle cheddar cheese

  8. 8

    Fold the pide from sides apply egg wask and sprinkle seasame seeds

  9. 9

    Bake fr 15 minutes

  10. 10

    Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce
