Ingredients

  • 1 cupRasgulla chasni
  • 2 cupMaida
  • 1 tbspGhee
  • 2 tbspRefind oil
  • 1-2 pinchSalt
  • 1/4 tspBaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    First of take a bowl add maida, salt,baking soda and oil properly. Now add chasni slowly to knead the flour. It should b soft knead.cover it with a plate for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Now make big ball from knead. And roll it. It could be thick chapati(1/2 inch).

  3. 3

    Cut in to square shape or as u favourite shape.

  4. 4

    Heat the oil high flame an low the flame for 1 minute and fried the shakkar pare.low to med gas flame.

  5. 5

    Please don't fry it high flame otherwise it will make row.now fry to all.and rest it for 1 hour.
