Whosayna’s Mashed potatoes with Peas, Corns and Spinach layer
Inspired from Kenya’s local dish Mokimo i innovated this recipe
Steps

Peel and boil potatoes, with water
- 2
Strain water, keep milk and butter on boil
- 3
Put potatoes, milk butter mixture in a bowl and mash with potato masher
- 4
Add salt, pepper, parsley and basil
- 5
Mix well and keep aside

In a bowl add peas, spinach and corn sprinkle salt and pepper, mix well
- 7
Boil peas and spinach separately then pound it
- 8
In a casserole pour peas mixture and level it
- 9
Top it up with mashed potatoes, sprinkle some basil and parsley, then spread butter can sprinkle chilli powder on it too

Bake for ten to fifteen minutes
