Ingredients

  1. 3chicken breasts
  2. 1red onions
  3. 1green onions
  4. 12black olives
  5. 1 cancrushed tomatoes
  6. 250 glentil barley mix (pre soaked)
  7. 1 tspturmeric
  8. 1 tbspeach ground cumin, coriander and cinnamon
  9. Salt according to your liking

Steps

  1. 1

    Add cooking oil. Stir fry onion, green onion, and spices until chicken is turning white.

    Add olives and crushed tomatoes bring to boil. (Add water if needed)
