Ingredients

  • 3chicken breasts
  • 1red onions
  • 1green onions
  • 12black olives
  • 1 cancrushed tomatoes
  • 250 glentil barley mix (pre soaked)
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tbspeach ground cumin, coriander and cinnamon
  • Salt according to your liking

Steps

  1. 1

    Add cooking oil. Stir fry onion, green onion, and spices until chicken is turning white.

    Add olives and crushed tomatoes bring to boil. (Add water if needed)
