Heat a kadhai,pour mustard oil.add cumin seeds let them splutter.now add green chilli and ginger.mix well.add turmeric powder.add potatoes and beans then stir it.now add all dry spices.and mix well.cook in medium flame untill Beans is cooked.serve hot with chapati.
