An delicious orrisa dhahi kadhi which is very healthy and full of vitamin c.
Steps

Cut all vegetables in small pieces.

Take a pan add 2 cups of water, salt and turmeric powder in it. Cover the pan and let it boil.

When it get boil add all the vegetables in it and cooking for 5 to 7 min until the vegetables are cook properly.

In an other bowl take the curd add bean in it and mix it well.

Add salt and 1 cup of water in it and mix.

When all the vegetables in the pan is cooked well add this curd mixture in it by continuously stirring. Keep the flame medium

Let it cook for 5 to 7 minute again by continuously stirring.

In another pan add 2 to 3 spoon of oil. And heat it.

Add red dry chilli, garlic ginger paste, cumin and mustard seeds, hing. Heat it for 2 mins as all these get fry properly. Now add this mixture to the pan. And cover it immediately.

Now orrisa dhahi kanji is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves. And serve with plain rice.
