  • 2overly ripe bananas
  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 1egg
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1 tsplemon zest
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 2 tbspmolten margarine

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the bananas and add in the rest of your ingredients. Mix all to a smooth runny batter

    Scoop the batter using a laddle and pour in a medium high heated pan, let cook until bubbles start forming then you flip it
