  • 1 cartonorganic chickpeas
  • 1 cartonorganic green lentils
  • 300 mlorganic tomato passata
  • Juice of half organic lemon
  • 1 tspparsley
  • 1 tspcoriander
  • Pinchhimilayan seasalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook chickpeas, lentils and passata on the hob

  2. 2

    Mix together 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp parsley and juice of half lemon. Add to chickpeas and lentils
