Steps

Clean the fish and remove the insides

Make some deep cuts on each side of the fish and rub the salt black pepper and lemon juice on each side cover with cling for around 10mins

Heat oil and deep fry the fish until golden brown on both sides, remove from oil and drain on a kitchen towel
- 4
Enjoy with any meal of choice
